Shipping/Refund FAQs


*For U.S. ORDERS*

I ship using USPS First Class and USPS Priority. USPS First Class includes standard tracking and may take three (3) to eight (8) business days to arrive. USPS Priority includes insurance and tracking, and it generally takes one (1) to three (3) days for your package to arrive.  These estimations come directly from the USPS website.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*

--Customs- YOU are responsible for your country’s customs fees.

 I do offer shipping through USPS First Class International. This may take ten (10) to thirty-five (35) days to arrive. There may be Customs delays that are out of my hands so please contact your local Post Office and/or Customs Office to see if your package is being detained for Customs fees or otherwise.  Tracking may/may not be available depending on the destination.

*LOST/DAMAGED BY THE POST OFFICE*

If you have not received your package in the given time frame, please send me a message detailing your concern. In the event of a lost or damaged package, contacting your local post office as quickly as possible will most likely be your best bet. While I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items by the shipping carrier or after your carrier has marked the item as delivered, I will do my best to work with you to settle any issues.

*RETURNED MAIL*
The address that is confirmed at the time of your purchase is the address that I will be delivering the package to.  I implore you to check your address to be sure that there are no problems before you complete your order.  I am not responsible if I am given the wrong address and not immediately notified by you.

-- If a package IS returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping fee so that the item can be re-mailed to you. I will message you for the correct address, and the shipping fee will need to be paid before I send the package again.

 

*REFUNDS*

I do not accept returns however I may exchange items that are unintended for wear if you feel that there was a discrepancy in the description/color of the item in question. Paintings/commissions are excluded from being returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged or a part has somehow become detached, you have five days (5) to notify me so that the item can be exchanged.  Any damages after that time frame can not be exchanged.  IF an item is damaged, you must send me a clear photograph of the packaging prior to opening, and the item's damage; and you must give me a written statement detailing the damage.  

 If an exchange is to be carried out, you, the buyer, are responsible for contacting me within a five (5) day period of time to determine a solution and for the cost of shipping the item back to me. (This does not include damaged items.)


*Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my hands.  I provide you with the tracking number to ensure that you can follow the delivery of you package*
